The program focuses on design and elaboration, support and testing, development and evaluation of software and computer systems. In the course of training students have possibility to work in the scientific and educational laboratories equipped with modern educational and scientific complexes. For a practical training 12 computer classes, on 15 computers in everyone are provided to students.
Program “Software development” is offered by School of Space an Information Technologies, where a powerful complex consisting of station intended for receiving signals from satellites and the center of high-efficiency calculations “Supercomputer” have been developed.

The program consists of theoretical and practical courses. The main ones are:
- Software design and engineering;
- Testing, debugging and certification of software;
- Human-computer interaction;
- Data transmission in computer networks;
- Artificial intellect;
- Models of stochastic objects.
The program is developed with strong emphasis on practical work in leading international companies specialized in software development («Intersystems International Corporation», LLC «BIT Key Element», etc).

The University

The City of Krasnoyarsk
Krasnoyarsk is the administrative capital of Krasnoyarsky kray — second largest region of Russia. It is a big industrial and educational centre with a population of more than 1 million people, and also an important junction of the Trans-Siberian Railway.
The city is located on the banks of the Yenisey River in the valley formed by the Eastern Sayan Mountains. Nature reserve Stolby ("pillars") has become the city’s visiting card.
