URAP: SibFU has doubled its publication activity

On September 3, 2019, an updated version of the University Field Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) was released. SibFU doubled its publication activity and rose by 29 positions in the subject ranking of URAP in physical sciences. The results have been published on the rating agency website.

According to the results of the annual research of the scientific productivity of the international URAP rating on physical sciences, SibFU took the 914th place in the world, increasing the influence of articles and citations.

It is significant that the URAP rating estimates more universities around the world if compared to QS, THE, ARWU. It has been published by the Middle East Technical University in Ankara since 2010 and it estimates research activity by six indicators: number of articles, number of citations of articles, total number of scientific documents, total impact of articles, total impact of citations, total publications.
