Federal Agency for Education; the Institute of Arts and Sciences, Siberian University; the Regional Computer Skills Centre; the IT Association, Krasnoyarsk; the Internet Centre of Siberian Federal University have officially opened registration for the XIV student software competition.

The annual competition of student software systems traces its origin back to the first event held in 1994. The competition tests students’ ingenuity and computer skills and involves high school students, university undergraduates and Ph.D. students.

The competition has three stages. Students’ projects will be reviewed by the competition committee at the first stage and the best projects will compete at the final stage of the competition on the 16th of November.
