Open education centre of Russian „Siberia dot ru“ is a project for everyone who wants to learn the Russian language and speak Russian, to be introduced to Russian literature and culture. In November and December 2020, over 1000 people from 78 countries attended the courses and workshops devised by the staff of School of Philology and Language Communication of Siberian Federal University.

„Siberia dot ru“ introduces a Online Russian Level Test, which will give you an approximate indication of your Russian proficiency level.

About the online level test:

• 50 multiple-choice questions;
• 30 minutes.

This test is designed to assess your understanding of Russian grammar, vocabulary and phrasing. Each question is in the format of multiple choice and you will have a choice of three possible answers.

You will be required to read each question carefully and select the answer that you think is correct. At the end of the test, you will be sent an email with an estimation of your current level of Russian proficiency and a gift from the Open Education Center of Russian.

It is very important to be honest and avoid using dictionaries or any Internet sources when choosing the correct answers. If you don't know the answer, please choose the following: пропустить (which means ‘skip’).
