Financial support for international students in 2021

Full-time state-funded/ quota 1st year students

Financial support is provided to full-time state-funded/ quota 1st year students to cover expenses due to the purchase of a voluntary medical insurance that meets SibFU requirements (the amount of the insurance premium is at least 500.000 RUB, the possibility of obtaining the services of the SibFU medical center, repatriation)

Payment amount: no more than 4.500 RUB

Financial support is also provided once (!) to full-time state-funded/ quota 1st year students to cover travel expenses to the city of Krasnoyarsk.

Payment amount: no more than 15. 000 RUB

Full-time fee-based applicants

Tuition fee for 2021 Bachelor and Specialist applicants can be reduced in the following cases:

If the rating of a foreign applicant based on the results of entrance examinations is not lower than that established for the corresponding educational program.
If the source of payment for tuition is an educational loan. The rating of an applicant is not taken into account in this case.

Tuition fee for 2021 Master applicants can be reduced in the following cases:

If the applicant has at least one individual achievement taken into account when admitting to study in the corresponding educational program;
If the source of payment for tuition is an educational loan

For applicants for Bachelor’s and Specialist’s programs, the discount is 10 % of the initial program cost and is valid for the whole academic semester.

For applicants for Master's programs, the discount is 10 % of the initial cost program cost and is valid for the whole academic year.

A discount is provided for the next semester if, based on the results of the examination periods, the student received grades "good" and (or) "excellent" and does not have academic failure.
