15june Public lecture on legal policy and legal life Professor Alexandre Malko, a prominent theorist of law and public policy and Distinguished Researcher of the Russian Federation, will deliver a public lecture at Siberian Federal University on 25 June 2012. Professor Malko serves as Director, Saratov Branch of the Institute of State and Law, Russian Academy of Sciences. He also serves as Vice-President, Association of Law Universities in Russia and as editor-in-chief for the journal 'Legal Policy and Legal Life'. He will speak on legal policy in contemporary Russia.
