More than 450 people took part in the conferences, including participants from Italy, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, China, Poland, the Republics of Uzbekistan, Bashkortostan, Kazakhstan.

Minister of Digital Development of Krasnoyarsk Territory Nikolai Raspopin, Advisor to the Rector of the Siberian Federal University Mikhail Vasiliev, the management of the School of Business Management of Siberian Federal University said their welcome addresses to the participants.

The conferences discussed:

• scientific, practical and methodological issues;
• aspects of implementation of scientific research;
• practical activities.

Practicing specialists also took part in the conference sessions.

A special feature of the conferences was the holding of interactive platforms in online and offline formats. For example, at the master class on Effective Internal Communications, the conference participants received an algorithm for constructing sociological research in any working or educational environment. This algorithm is used by the Krasnoyarsk Railway.

Especially popular platforms were Step into the Future: Young Professionals in the World of Artificial Intelligence, and Business trainer: professional requirements, guidelines and development opportunities by professional business trainer, managing partner of the LBG training company (Moscow) Marina Petrova. And those who associate their future with the civil service attended Experiments in the state authorities: Incoming Personnel Assessment platform organized by current HR of the Administration of Krasnoyarsk Territory Evgenia Dimitrova.

Another event of the Dyad was a round table on Experience of Interaction of Education, Business and Government in Supporting a Mature Professional (the case of the development of employment centres in the regions) which was moderated by Lyudmila Kudashkina, director of the HR technology centre at Research Institute of Tomsk State University.

The final event of the conference was The Triad of Generations: Dialogue on Professional Development of a Person in the Digital World".
