His fellow student Mahmoud Fahmy Mohamed researched new technologies to reduce the energy consumption of distillation plants, which is an indispensable process in any refinery. After the students receive their diplomas, he plans to pursue an academic career and apply for doctoral studies. At the moment, more than 1000 students from 42 countries of the world study at SibFU.
