As First Vice-Rector, Finance and Development, Mr. Vcherashny is responsible for developing financial strategies to ensure the ongoing financial stability of the University.
Prior to his current appointment, Pavel Vcherashny held various senior management positions, including that of Deputy Head, Finance at Krasnoyarsk Education Agency from 1999 to 2007.
He is a graduate of Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute where he earned his engineering degree and of Krasnoyarsk State University where he obtained a specialist’s degree in Public Finance.
