SibFU student receives award from Russian Academy of Sciences

The Russian Academy of Sciences awarded Irina Perevozchikova, a fifth-year student from the Institute of Fundamental Biology and Biotechnology, with a medal and prize for the best 2011 physiology paper.

The competition arranged by the Russian Academy of Sciences is held to support young researchers. Its aim is to contribute to young researchers' professional growth and creative approach to their research. Russian Academy of Sciences annually awards 19 medals and prizes of 25 000 roubles to the students of Russian universities.

The formal event to celebrate awardees will be held in Moscow on 3 April.
