Master Plan for Universiade 2019

XXIX World Winter Universiade's web site published the Master Plan for arranging winter students' games in Krasnoyarsk. It gives an opportunity to learn about the main document that regulates arranging students' games.

Writing the Master Plan included a lot of work done by SibFU's team. The task to prepare the plan was from Krasnoyarsk kray's Governor. SibFU is one of the main partners for the Universiade Executive Board. The agreement to this end was signed in June 2014.

Master Plan includes the diagramme of the potential development and functioning of the Universiade Executive Board. The document has the following parts:

stages for arranging games;
preparation management system;
time limits for planning;
operations and activities with different functionality;
risk assessment and prevention measures;
finance and labour allocation.

The execution of the Master Plan will be monitored by teleconferences, visits from the experts of the International University Sports Federation, committees' meetings.
