The delegation of Japanese scientists visited Siberian Federal University and V.N. Sukachev Institute of Forest on August 11-12, 2009.
Onama Takudzhi, Professor, Dean of the Agriculture Faculty of Niigata University and Nakano Kazuhiro, Professor, Vice-dean in Academic Affairs and Research of the Agriculture Faculty of Niigata University were the members of the delegation.
The purpose of the visit was to consolidate cooperation between Siberian Federal University and Niigata University. SibFU Rector and Professors of Niigata University discussed the issues concerning future collaboration in educational and science programmes and opportunities of apprenticeship for faculty and students.
