Siberian Federal University

By the RF Executive Order №12-r of January 16, 2010, the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Siberian Federal University» was established by changing the status of the existing Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training «Siberian Federal University».

RF Executive Order №12-r of January 16, 2010 meets the following targets:

1. Establish the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Siberian Federal University» (hereinafter referred to as Autonomous Institution) by changing the status of the existing Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training «Siberian Federal University».

   Federal Education Agency undertakes to exercise powers of incorporator of the autonomous institution.

2. Assign all the property of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training «Siberian Federal University» to the autonomous institution.
3. Approve the following: the list of items of immovable property assigned by the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Siberian Federal University»; the list of items of valuable movable property assigned by the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Siberian Federal University».
4. Federal Education Agency shall organize events devoted to establishment of the autonomous institution.
5. Federal Property Management Agency and Federal Education Agency shall assign property set by 2d and 3d paragraphs of the Order to the autonomous institution pursuant to the established time limit (6 months).
