Special postcards and envelopes were cancelled for the Congress and Exhibition «Energetics in Global World» which was officially opened on June 16, 2010. Cancellation was made by the special post marks with the symbol of the Congress and fixed date - «June 16, 2010».

On the initiative of Siberian Federal University, Commercial and Publication Center «Marka» produced postcards and stamped envelopes with Siberian Federal University presented as the organizer of the Congress. There was a new building of the SibFU e-library showcased on the B letter postcards (circulation — 10000 items). There also was a campus of Siberian Federal University printed on the A letter envelopes with the circulation of 500000 items.

The most remarkable thing about the lettered postage stamps is that they do not require any additional stamps thus making it suitable for consumers to send letters. What’s more, postcards and stamped envelopes with special pictorial cancellation will become the visiting card of Siberian Federal University and pleasant souvenir for citizens and guests of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
