Project Objectives: 
  • to establish the net and teach managers (7 European offices) of the Siberian multilevel network how to participate in the IST FP6, to prepare for taking part in the IST FP7;
  • to develop special mechanism to establish the Russian-European consortia of partners (20 research groups) and submit joint applications (2 projects) on the IST Program contest;
  • to inform and consult faculty and staff of higher educational institutions and regional organizations while submitting applications for IST Program, to support researchers in understanding ideas and rules of the IST Program, to promote research groups on the European market;
  • to provide assistance for European and Russian scientists in terms of joint application submission (workshops);
  • to provide effective management of the cooperation net (7 European offices).
