Creative teams from 15 countries (Great Britain, France, Romania, China, Israel, Ukraine, Poland, etc.) took part in the 15th Anniversary International Competition “Roza Vetrov-2009”.

The SibFU Institute of Education, Psychology and Sociology participated in the 8th European Conference on e-Learning which took place on October 29-30, 2009 in Bari, Italy.

European Students Boxing Championship was held on 12-17 October, 2009 in Elista (Kalmykia, Russia). The SibFU sportsmen joined the National team and won one gold and two bronze medals.

The meeting with Alehandro Carbaho, Lecturer of the Cervantes Institute branch in St. Petersburg was held on October 9, 2009 in Siberian Federal University.

The official ceremony of State Prize Awards in the field of professional education was held in the Administration of Krasnoyarsk Region on October 5, 2009.

Women and Men Judo World Cup was held on September 19 – 20, 2009 in Birmingham (England). More than 246 participants from 25 countries came to England to compete. Russian Men’s National Team comprised 14 best judoists of the country.

Prof. Olga Smolyaninova, Director of the SibFU Institute of Education, Psychology and Sociology presented SibFU experience in professional training of Masters of Education during the International Conference "ICL2009: International Computer Aided Learning" in Villach (Austria).
