The association was formed in 2012 on the initiative of SibFU alumni Usupbaev Zhyrgalbek Abdybekovich, Asylbekov Stalbek Esenbekovich and director of the SibFU office in the Kyrgyz Republic Orozumbekov Almazbek Anarbekovich.

The two key objectives of the Association are:

• uniting SibFU graduates from the Kyrgyz Republic for their professional realization;
• assisting students of graduating classes of Kyrgyz schools to enter SFU.

Almost all SibFU graduates returning to Kyrgyzstan become active members of the Association and participate in the implementation of its objectives. During its existence, the Association has repeatedly helped to solve employment issues of SFU graduates returning to Kyrgyzstan, and assisted in organizing students' internships in the Republic.
