Siberian Federal University will host the IX international conference on quality management from 8 to 9 October 2012.

The conference aims to facilitate information exchange on increasing efficiency, safety and environmental protection for companies based on ISO standard requirements, lean production principles, and implementing innovative technologies.

Todzi Sakota, invited lecturer and vice lecturer of Toyota Engineering Corporation, will speak on the experience of implementing Toyota production system in Russia. He will talk on improving quality, increasing productivity, and involving staff members.
