Professor Kimitaka Matsuzato from the Centre of Slavic Studies at Hokkaido University and Vice-President of the International Council for Central and East European Studies (ICCEES) will visit the Institute for the Humanities, SibFU, from 17 to 18 February 2014.

Professor Matsuzato will speak about the 9th ICCEES Congress and he will give two public lectures.

The first lecture will be about studying Russia in China, India, Turkey, and Korea and it will be the presentation of the 9th Congress of the International Council for Central and East European Studies.

The second lecture will be about Asian Russia, its geopolotics and territorial management.
