The Forum is held with the support of the National Counterterrorism Committee and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, with the participation of representatives of federal legislative and executive authorities, Counterterrorism commissions and state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, law enforcement agencies and security services of large industrial enterprises.

The key event of the youth platform will be the Parallels Content Factory promotional tour, the event also schedules chess and cybersports tournaments, and demonstration performances and master classes. For specialists, tutors, teachers and lecturers, the program provides interactive technologies for working with young people and a seminar on Implementation of Targeted Preventive Measures to Counter the Ideology of Terrorism among the Youth.
