This event will welcome experts and professionals in the gastronomy and hospitality industry, contribute to the industry development, and create opportunities for new projects.

Gastro Forum 2022 is a business program including expert platforms for discussing HoReCa industry problems and growth opportunities, building new flexible, sustainable, scalable and transparent models for the industry development. The program also includes discussion meetings on top-priority research projects, as well as workshops for industry professionals and newcomers. The gastronomic program with top chefs’ set menus in the best restaurants in Krasnoyarsk, will be presented to guests and participants of the forum.

Gastro Forum includes 5 sessions: Science and Technology, Education, Entrepreneurship, Culture and Tourism, Regional Leadership: Territory Branding. Chefs, restaurateurs, managers and marketers, as well as experts in the field of territorial development, local authorities and representatives of public organizations will be the speakers of the forum.

In Entrepreneurship session, the participants of the forum will discuss digital restaurants, trends in marketing and promotion of the restaurant business, a lean approach and the development of franchises in gastronomy. The keynote speaker will be Irina Tiusonina, founder and producer of WHERETOEAT – the national independent award. Yulia Yablokova (Nordcity), Ilya Sukhikh (Zuma) and Alexander Dolgopolov (entrepreneur) will attend the forum.

The forum will end with WHERETOEAT SIBERIA 2022 award ceremony.
SibFU’s School of Gastronomy will be the venue for Gastro Forum 2022.

Gastro Forum 2022 is the first Russian gastronomic forum organized as a part of Gastronomic R&D Park strategic project within Priority 2030 Program.
