The Conference was held on July 1-7, 2009 in Siberian Federal University. The objective of the Conference was to provide a multidisciplinary forum for all aspects of research pertinent to understanding the supply, demand and allocation of the Earth's natural resources. The main conference topics focused on environmental issues concerning climatic changes.
