Siberian Federal University

Siberian Federal University hosted the First Regional Conference «National Park Yergaky: History and Prospects» on the 12th of February. The conference was chaired by Andrey Gnezdilov, regional deputy governor.

Invited speakers included Prof Vaganov, the university rector, who gave his welcoming speech to the conference participants: Pavel Rostovtsev from the Agency of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism, Krasnoyarsk Krai; Yury Abakumov, member, Regional Assembly, Krasnoyarsk Krai and Vladimir Ryzhenkov, director, National Park Yergaky management team.

The conference started a series of the university projects to study the history and geography of the national park and to contribute to its development.
