SibFU Ranks Higher in the Three University Missions Ranking

On the 30th of August, 2023, the results of the Moscow International University Ranking Three University Missions were published. Siberian Federal University has significantly improved its position both domestically and internationally.

Among Russian universities, SibFU got from 34th place (last year) to 25. In the world ranking, the university entered the 651-700 group, whereas last year it occupied the position within 801-900.

Moscow International University Ranking is an academic ranking that evaluates the three key missions of the university: education, science and interaction with society. In 2023, the number of universities represented in the global ranking has increased to 2,000 from 112 countries. Russia has retained its place in the top three world leaders in the number of universities included in the rating: 154 universities from 46 regions. The top 100 of Russian institutions included MSU, which took 17th place, as well as St. Petersburg State University (39th) and MIPT (43rd).
