The IX Congress of Russian Rectors’ Union

The IX Congress of Russian Rectors’ Union was held in March 19-21, 2009 in Moscow. Eugene A. Vaganov, Academician of RAS, Rector of Siberian Federal University participated in the Event.

The Congress carried the Strategic Initiative of the Russian Rector’s Union «The New Educational Dimension» and appealed to the international academic community in its resolution concerning accession to the Strategic Initiative of the Russian Rector’s Union.
