The official reception of John Beyrle, the US Ambassador to the Russian Federation and his wife Jocelyn Greene was held on the 23d of March, 2009 in Spaso House, the residence of the U.S. ambassador in Moscow.
The reception was devoted to the 35th anniversary of the Fulbright Program in Russia. Valentina Kratasyuk and O.G. Smolyaninova, Professors of Siberian Federal University and the Fulbright Program Alumni were officially invited to the reception. During the informal conversation, promotional and informational materials about the SibFU and its development were presented to Ambassador Beyrle.
The conference called «Innovations in Education: Global Challenge, National Problematic» was held within the framework of the 35th anniversary of the Fulbright Program in Russia. Valentina Kratasyuk and O.G. Smolyaninova, Professors of Siberian Federal University presented their reports on the conference.
