The final tour of the XXIVth National Open Contest of R&D, inventive and creative student works called «The National Pride» was held in April, 2009 in Moscow. The Event was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the National System «Integration». Students from different parts of Russia took part in the contest. Krasnoyarsk Krai was represented in the contest for the first time.

The first speech was really successful. Svetlana V. Kuznetsova, 5-year law student of Siberian Federal University was awarded with the first-degree diploma.

According to the results of the extramural tour of paperwork contest, Svetlana V. Kuznetsova was named the laureate of the National Open Contest of R&D, inventive and creative student works. She was also invited to take part in the final tour of the contest.

Svetlana V. Kuznetsova presented the up-to-date research method of rendering legal assistance in the criminal cases. She recommended to change the Russian Federation Law and implement qualification programme referred to rendering legal assistance for prosecution and law-enforcement staff.
