SibFU sportsmen competed in the Russian Finswimming Championship

The Russian Finswimming Championship was held on June 14-21, 2009 in St. Petersburg (Russia). SibFU finswimmers recorded some best times at the Championship!
Konstantin Zotov won a gold medal posting his best time of 42, 70 seconds in the 100-metres surface bifins. He also won a gold medal in the 50-metres surface bifins breaking the world record of 19, 40 seconds twice.
Svetlana Pening won two bronze medals in the 100-metres and 50-metres surface bifins.
Andrei Arbuzov placed third in the 50-metres surface bifins.
Dmitriy Fedorov succeeded in reaching qualifying standards of Master of Sports of Russia.
